Recently, the State Power Investment Corporation of China's e-commerce platform released a notice announcing the results of the special bid for the sea area use demonstration of the Dalian Huayuankou (400MW) offshore wind farm project of Shandong Electric Power Engineering Consulting Institute Co., Ltd. in the 141st batch of 2023.

The announcement shows that Dalian Zhengxin Testing Co., Ltd. has successfully won the bid for the project, with a winning price of 3.4 million yuan.

The State Power Investment Corporation Dalian Huayuankou (400MW) offshore wind farm project is located in the eastern sea area of Dalian, Liaoning Province, with a construction scale of 400MW. The project is scheduled to commence in December 2023 and be completed in December 2024.
