Recently, the Human Resources Department of Jinhai Group successfully held the first centralized two-day training on internal certification for quality management system auditors. This training session specially invited Professor Lu, an expert from Yancheng Talent Jingang Education Technology Co., Ltd., as the main lecturer, to provide centralized training for more than 100 frontline managers and middle-level cadres of Jinhai Group. The training content mainly includes the new version of quality management system standards, principles, requirements, basic elements and methods of internal audit, guidelines for quality management system audit, and other practical operations.

During the training period, Teacher Lu combined practical experience and taught the students the development process of quality management system, terminology of quality management system, five core tools of quality management, eight basic principles, and internal audit skills in simple and easy language. The classroom adopts a method of group discussion and practical evaluation, with a high participation rate in inter class interaction and a serious and lively atmosphere,

After a week of review and knowledge consolidation after the training, the Human Resources Department conducted a test and assessment on all trainees on the afternoon of November 18, 2021. The trainees actively participated and answered questions seriously, all of whom passed the test with ideal results and received the first internal auditor certificate issued by the company.

Through this training, the trainees have gained a deeper understanding of the quality management system standards and documents, cultivating new backbone forces for the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the quality management system in the future. At the same time, it has laid a foundation for further improving and enhancing the company's quality management system work.

The second training is expected to take place in November 2022. One week after the completion of all 2-day training courses, a certification assessment will be conducted. Depending on the assessment results, the company will issue an internal auditor certificate to qualified employees.
