II. Basic Requirements for Supplier Qualifications (All of the Following Conditions Must Be Met)

1. Qualification requirements: Independent legal entity, with the business scope of the business license covering "the aforementioned oil products";

2. Safety requirements: No major quality/safety accidents in the past three years, and the dealer must provide a letter of authorization from the manufacturer;

3. Transportation requirements: Self-owned or entrusted transportation units must provide a "Road Transportation License"; a long-term cooperation agreement (validity period ≥ 1 year) signed with a third-party transportation company; and copies of the transportation vehicle's driving license, road transportation license, and driver's license.

4. The supplier's business license should match the actual business address and business type.

5. No significant records of violations of laws and regulations, with good business reputation; provide screenshots of no dishonesty records from the "National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System" or the "Credit China" website.

6. This project is only open for registration by a single entity and does not accept participation from any form of consortium.
