On the morning of June 7, the party branch of Jinhai Co., Ltd. held a party meeting (enlarged) meeting and a special learning session on the Regulations of the CPC on Disciplinary Punishment and the Regulations on the Punishment of Managers of State owned Enterprises. Zhang Zhengqiang, member of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of Three Gorges Capital, was invited to deeply analyze the Regulations of the CPC on Disciplinary Action and the Regulations of the State owned Enterprise Managers on Disciplinary Action. The meeting was chaired by Shi Hui, Secretary of the Party Branch of Jinhai Group, and all Party members, active party members, and middle-level and above cadres of Jinhai Group attended the meeting.

At the learning meeting, Zhang Zhengqiang, member of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of Three Gorges Capital Company, led everyone to study the Regulations of the CPC on Disciplinary Action and the Regulations of the State owned Enterprise Managers on Disciplinary Action in the original form, chapter by chapter, article by article, systematically expounded the core points of the Regulations and their practical requirements, combined with their own research achievements, and through practical case analysis, closely linked with the actual work and the daily behavior requirements of party members and cadres to give interpretation and tips. We hope that all party members, active party members, and cadres at or above the middle level will consciously abide by, implement, and maintain the Party Constitution, Party rules, and Party discipline, and strictly follow the rules within the Party.
At the meeting, Peng Ke, the Chairman of Jinhai Group, put forward four requirements in combination with party discipline learning and education: firstly, to strengthen organizational discipline, strengthen company system management, identify and fill gaps, make collective decisions, and ensure effective implementation of the system; Secondly, we need to strengthen integrity and discipline, eliminate behaviors that damage the interests and image of the company, and establish a supervision mechanism; Thirdly, we need to strengthen the construction of the human resource echelon, cultivate and promote a group of high-quality cadres who want to do things, are capable of doing things, and achieve success; We need to strengthen incentive mechanisms, reward employees who have made contributions, and enhance their sense of happiness.
