According to the Notice on Economic Responsibility Audit of Wang Dunchun, former Chairman (legal representative) of Inner Mongolia Jinhai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., issued by China Three Gorges New Energy Co., Ltd. (Three Gorges New Energy Audit [2016] No. 273), China Three Gorges New Energy Co., Ltd. dispatched an audit team to audit the economic responsibility of Wang Dunchun, who served as Chairman (legal representative) of Inner Mongolia Jinhai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. from May 25, 2016 to June 7, 2016. In order to do a good job in this economic responsibility audit and objectively and fairly evaluate the business performance and economic responsibility of the audited party, in accordance with relevant regulations, the audit team will conduct interviews with some employees and conduct a questionnaire survey to listen to the opinions of enterprise employees. Employees can report the situation to the audit team through a specially designed suggestion box, interview phone numbers, and emails. Meanwhile, we welcome the supervision of the work of auditors.

Auditors should strictly abide by the following regulations when carrying out audit work and performing other audit duties:

1、 Travel expenses, accommodation expenses, and meal expenses are not allowed to be paid or subsidized by the audited entity.

2、 Not allowed to participate in tourism, entertainment, and gatherings arranged by the audited entity.

3、 Do not accept any gifts, gifts, consumption cards, or securities from the audited entity.

4、 It is not allowed to reimburse any business or personal expenses in the audited entity.

5、 It is not allowed to promote goods or introduce business to the audited entity.

6、 It is not allowed to use the audit authority or the trade secrets and internal information of the audited entity known to oneself or others for personal gain.

7、 No requests unrelated to the audit work shall be made to the audited entity.
