On September 26, 2013, the "Tongji Jinhai Wind Turbine Support Structure System New Technology Seminar" was grandly held at the Junxi Hotel in Shanghai, sponsored by Tongji University, Jinhai Co., Ltd., Tongji University Architectural Design and Research Institute (Group) Co., Ltd., and co organized by Jiangsu Jinhai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The meeting invited major domestic OEMs such as Goldwind Technology, United Power, Shanghai Electric, Dongqi, Yunda, Huayi, as well as some clients from owner units such as Datang New Energy, Three Gorges New Energy, China Energy Conservation Company, Huaneng New Energy, Beijing Jingneng Clean, Daqing Ruihao Group, and Ningdian Investment Company, as well as some universities such as Shenyang Institute of Technology to attend.

This meeting gathered elites from the domestic wind power industry to jointly explore the development of new technologies for wind turbine support structures. At the meeting, Mr. Yang from Jinhai Group first delivered a welcome speech, briefly introducing Jinhai Group's business and development history, and providing a brief explanation of the theme of the meeting. At the seminar, Professor Ma Renle, Director of Tongji Jinhai R&D Center, gave a report on "Research on Sub healthy State of Wind Power Tower Structures and Framework Wind Power Tower Structures". He shared with everyone the abnormal performance of wind power structures in engineering practice, the definition of sub healthy state of wind power structures, the mechanism of sub healthy state occurrence of wind power structures, and the prevention and control of sub healthy state of wind power structures. Dr. Huang Dongping from Tongji Jinhai R&D Center gave a report on the design and construction of RPC foundation for hard soil foundation (without groundwater), Dr. Zhang Mingyi gave a report on the design and construction of PPC foundation for soft soil foundation (high water level), and other researchers such as Dr. Peng Wenbing, Ma Yihu, Bai Xue, Lv Zhaohua, and Huang Zhangyu reported their research results in their respective fields.

The speech at this conference was vivid and practical, attracting the attention of every guest present. Finally, Professor Yao Xingjia from Shenyang University of Technology gave high praise and wonderful comments on the conference. With warm applause, the conference came to a successful conclusion.

After the seminar, some attending experts visited the Funing Wind Power Industrial Park in Yancheng, Jiangsu and had discussions and exchanges at Jiangsu Jinhai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

This meeting has given everyone an updated understanding of the development and prospects of new technologies for wind turbine support structures, and everyone is looking forward to the successful convening of the next meeting.
